Falcons Vs Chiefs Plus More College Football And NFL Picks For This Weekend
I’m really looking forward to the Falcons Vs Chiefs game coming up on Sunday. I’ll pick that game, plus two other NFL games, as well as three college football games. I could really use some winning picks this week. Last weekend I went 2-4! I got all of my NFL picks wrong, I don’t think that’s ever happened before. My current record for the season so far is seven correct picks and ten incorrect picks. I’ve got to bounce back this weekend.
This Week’s College Picks
I’ll save the Falcons Vs the Chiefs for last. First, let’s start with college football.
-First, let’s start with NC State @ 21 Clemson. This game is set for Saturday at Noon on ABC and Clemson is favored by 16.5 points. Sure, NC State is 2-1 and have a better record than Clemson, who is just 1-1, but those wins have come against nobody teams. The last time NC State played a real team, Tennessee hung 51 points on them. NC State doesn’t do too well against teams in orange so I’ll take Clemson by 10.
-Next, let’s do a ranked matchup. 11 USC @ 18 Michigan. This game is set for Saturday at 3:30 on CBS and USC is favored by 6.5 points. I would love to say that Michigan will win at home against a ranked opponent. I’d love to pick them in the upset, but like I said earlier, I need more winning picks this weekend, so give me USC by 6.
-The final college football game I’m picking this weekend is probably the biggest one of the weekend. It’s a ranked SEC matchup between 6 Tennessee and 15 Oklahoma. This game is set for Saturday night at 7:30 on ABC and Tennessee is favored by 7.5 points. Both teams are undefeated, however, both teams haven’t really played anyone yet. I think this will be the first true test for both teams. I think Oklahoma will be looking to make a statement at home, but I don’t think they’ll be able to get it done. Give me The Vols in a close one.
This Week’s NFL Picks
-First, let’s start with two undefeated teams as the LA Chargers take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. This game is Sunday at 1 pm on CBS and the Steelers are favored by 2.5 points. Of course, playing in Pittsburgh gives the Steelers a little bit of an advantage, but I haven’t been super impressed by Pittsburgh’s offense. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the Chargers will get it done is a close one. Give me LA by 3.
-Next up let’s go with two more undefeated teams. The Houston Texans @ the Minnesota Vikings. This game is Sunday at 1 pm on CBS and the Texans are favored by 2.5 points. I think this will be a really close game. There are a lot of marquee players who are dealing with injuries, so we’ll have to see how that plays out. I have a feeling it will come down to the wire, but I’m picking Houston by 2.
-It’s time for the Falcons Vs the Chiefs. This is the game I can’t wait for, but I’m going to have to wait all weekend for it because it doesn’t take place until Sunday night on NBC, and the Chiefs are favored by 5. I was really impressed with Atlanta’s performance against the Eagles on Monday Night Football. I would love for the Falcons to pull out a win against the defending Super Bowl champs, especially in Atlanta, but I’m going to have to go with the Chiefs. I think it will be close, so I’m taking Kansas City by a field goal or less.
