I have never been stung by a scorpion, and I'm very thankful for that. Yeah. Me neither. But there was a woman in Boston, Massachusetts. She was stung by a scorpion at Logan Airport. Yeah. Okay. That's that is crazy to me. Of all the places that you would think that you wouldn't get stung Yeah. Number one, Boston. Number two, at the airport in Boston. Yeah.
So she was at baggage claim, and she felt a sharp pain on her foot. She was rushed to the hospital for treatment. And the type of scorpion that stung her is still unknown.
How does a scorpion get into the Boston Airport? I don't know. Did he have a boarding pass? Like, I mean, how did he get in there? I don't know. But, man, you're just not safe anywhere. Apparently not.
And parents are feeding their little ones butter in an attempt to help them sleep through the night. Maybe you should try this with Maddie.
Where was this? Where was this information, a couple of weeks ago? Thankfully, we have kinda come out of the latest sleep regression. She is back to going down right away. In fact, she's putting herself to bed now. Kelsey was getting a little upset last night. She was like, she just put herself in bed, put her own covers on and everything. So we're through that sleep regression, but I really could've used this information about a month ago. Yeah.
Well, it's a trend that started where else but TikTok. That sounds right. So it involves giving babies a small square or spoonful of butter before bedtime. Although, experts warn that butter may not be effective, and it could even pose health risk due to its texture. Yeah. Like, who thought, hey. Let me try to give this kid some butter to get them to go to bed.
I don't know. I mean, I guess if you're sleep deprived and you're just, like, desperate for anything, I mean this butter. Yeah. But nutritional therapists caution against using butter, emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet for babies. Anyone just shove a spoonful of butter down their down their throat every night?
Alright. Time to go to bed. Put your jammies on. Don't forget to eat your butter. You know?
No. That sounds stupid. Oh, I now but I will be honest with you. Kelsey and I were at the point a few weeks ago. We might have tried this once. Yeah. We would have. I mean, maybe just once. And then Maddie would look to us like, ugh. What are you doing now? I'm definitely not going to bed, jerks.
So there's a guy, and he won $230 after suing a movie theater because they showed too many commercials before a movie. What? Yeah. He actually sued them and won.
Now I will admit. Now so my wife and I, we don't get to go to the movie theater as often, as we used to, but I will tell you. One of the last times we went, there's way more commercials before the movie than what there used to be. I mean, really, it'd just be the previews. Right?
Yeah. Now they're mixing commercials in with the previews. Well, this fellow was sick of it. He the the movie ended late due to a public service announcement and 17 commercials. Wow.
That is insane. He, filed lawsuit, against this movie theater chain seeking damages for missed work time and mental stress. Apparently, 17 commercials is a there's a lot on the on the brain there. The ruling emphasized the value of the customer's time and the need to avoid wasting it. He was originally seeking $547.
Very specific. Yeah. I didn't know you could file a lawsuit for $547. I didn't either. But, apparently, he didn't get the full thing. He had that well, maybe he had to pay, you know, lawyer fees. There you go. So he only ended up with $230. So maybe he'll be able to take that and maybe get a large popcorn and a drink next time he goes to the movie theater.
