This is a sad day. Because there could be a chocolate shortage on the way. I mean, eggs already, you know, and now chocolate? Yeah. Well, apparently, South American farmers are switching from cocoa to gold mining. Well, stop. Stop. Don't do that.
Well and because they've shifted their focus, it's led to a decrease in chocolate production. Apparently, the trend is going to impact the global chocolate supply. I'm not happy about this.
I'm not either. Look. I mean, we're already paying way too much for eggs. Now you're gonna have to choose, am I gonna make my car payment or get her Snickers this month? Yeah. So South American farmers are switching from cocoa to gold, stop. Yeah. Go back. Go back to cocoa.
Yeah. Hey. Look. You know what? It was working fine. Stop. Yes. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Daddy needs a Kit Kat.
And, apparently, laundry experts Oh, never knew that was a thing. I didn't know that you could be an expert at doing laundry. I didn't either. I thought it was pretty much clothes in, add detergent, add downy, hit start.
Yeah. Well, apparently, they're telling people you should never do laundry between 8AM and 10PM. So basically all day long. Basically the entire day. Okay. So don't do laundry during the day. Yeah. They say that's when it's the most expensive due to energy costs. Of course. Sure.
They recommend the, quote, unquote, magic hour is from 7AM to 8AM for the lowest energy costs. Yeah. Alright. You gonna get up first thing in the morning, throw some laundry in, wake everybody up? I mean, if you wanna save on energy costs, I guess.
Look. I'll save somewhere else. I'm a do laundry when I feel like doing laundry. You know what I mean? I pay the mortgage in this house. Yeah. I don't think it's that dramatic of a difference. I don't think so either. You know what? I'll wash my underpants when I dang will feel like.
But they do also suggest washing with cold water to save on bills. I do that. I do that as well. I do that. Yep. So look. Hey. I'll that's how I'll save. Alright? I'll just use cold water and wash my dang clothes whenever I want to. Mhmm.
I don't know where we're headed as a society. I just don't know. This y'all, this is real. Okay? It is in the news.
Delish magazine, that's where you could find this. If you don't believe us, believe those folks. They say people are eating packing peanuts. Those little Styrofoam things that come in packages. In your Amazon packages.
Yes. People are eating them. Health experts say, not all packing peanuts are safe to eat because Styrofoam can cause choking. Not so so you're trying to tell me some of them are safe? No.
They're Styrofoam. They're packing peanuts. Do not eat them. They're not food. Biodegradable ones may be made from edible ingredients, but can pose health risks due to chemical reactions and cancer causing elements.
Experts advise against eating the packing peanuts for fun. Would y'all y'all think they were gonna taste like regular peanuts? Just because it says peanuts in the name doesn't mean it's edible. My goodness. And the fact that you have to tell grown folks that?
The fact that you gotta go up to an adult and smack a packing peanut out of their hand before they eat it like they're a toddler. So can you imagine an adult coming up to you and say, hey. You know those packing peanuts that you get in your Amazon packages? Don't eat those. They don't actually taste like regular peanuts.
Yo. I just I can't. I can't. I'm concerned. I can't.
