After sitting empty since 2018, the Jones Creek Golf Course near Augusta has reopened under Bond Golf Global's watch. While crews prep the main course, players can already hit balls at the new range and gather at the updated clubhouse.
The original course was designed by Rees Jones and was updated by Tom Fazio. Andrew Brooks, a former UK PGA Pro from Bond Golf Global, reopened the course..
"The vision for us has been to have a golf course that's accessible for people to come and learn, enjoy it, and play golf. We're not a country club, we're not professing to be a country club. We want golf for all, essentially. We want people to be able to come and play," said Brooks, CEO, Bond Golf Global, to WRDW.
The renovated clubhouse at Jones Creek Golf Course is now open and fully operational. It offers golf instruction and is available for private event bookings.
The recent updates enhance the overall experience for both visitors and event organizers. Additional information can be found on the Jones Creek Golf Course website.
