Kicks 99 Guitar Pull Gas Pro Scratch-Off Contest

OFFICAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to the Kicks 99 Guitar Pull Gas Pro Scratch-Off Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WKXC (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.kicks99.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

• The Contest will begin on September 2, 2024 and end on October 31, 2024, or when all sixty thousand (60,000) Contest scratch-off tickets have been claimed.
• To enter on-site, visit a participating Gas Pro location every Tuesday and Thursday during regular business hours in the Central Savannah River Area beginning on September 2, 2024 and ending on October 31, 2024 to request a Contest scratch-off ticket at the cash register. There is no purchase necessary to receive a scratch-off ticket.  Contest scratch-off tickets must be requested on Tuesdays or Thursdays during regular business hours of each participating location, unless otherwise specified, on a first come, first serve basis.  One (1) scratch-off ticket per person per day.  A full list of participating locations is available at kicks99.com.
• There will be up to a total of fifteen thousand seven hundred and forty five (15,745) winners selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

• This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Columbia, Richmond, Burke, McDuffie, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Taliaferro, Warren, Washington, Wilkes, and Lincoln Counties, GA and Aiken, Allendale, Barnwell, McCormick, and Edgefield Counties, SC, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility

3. PRIZES

• Up to fifteen thousand seven hundred and forty five (15,745) prizes will be awarded. Prizes will vary depending on the outcome of the scratch-off ticket.  The following Prizes are available to entrants:
• One Hundred (100) of the following Prizes are available: Two (2) tickets to 2024 Kicks 99 Guitar Pull on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 or Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta, GA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each of these Prizes is $100. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event.
• Two hundred (200) of the following Prizes are available: One (1) Station t-shirt. ARV of each of these Prizes is $20.
• Two hundred (200) of the following Prizes are available: One (1) Black Rifle t-shirt. ARV of each of these Prizes is $20.
• Six thousand (6,000) of the following Prizes are available: Coupon valid for a free large fountain drink. ARV of each of these Prizes is $1.19.
• One thousand two hundred (1,200) of the following Prizes are available: Coupon valid for a free Black Rifle Berry Mocha Coffee 11oz. can. ARV of each of these Prizes is $2.59.
• Five hundred (500) of the following Prizes are available: Coupon valid for a buy one get one free grab and go hot sandwich. ARV of each of these Prizes is $4.29.
• Five Hundred and forty (540) of the following Prizes are available: Bag of Takis Fuego 3.25 ounce. ARV of each of these Prizes is $2.49
• Three hundred sixty (360) of the following Prizes are available: twenty-one ounce (21) bottle of Electrolit energy drink. ARV of each of these Prizes is $2.63.
• Five hundred (500) of the following Prizes are available: Ice cream sandwiches. ARV of each of these Prizes is $1.49.
• Seven hundred and twenty (720) of the following Prizes are available: Little Debbie honey Buns 10 ounce. ARV of each of these Prizes is $1.19.
• One thousand (1000) of the following Prizes are available: Ninety-nine cent (.99) two piece (2) snack (leg, thigh, and potato wedges). No substitutions. ARV of each of these Prizes is $0.99.
• Five hundred and seventy five (575) of the following Prizes are available: Gas Pro merchandise. (Limited selection by location).ARV of each of these Prizes is $12.49.
• One hundred and fifty (150) of the following Prizes are available: Standard size Hershey, Almond Joy, or Carmello candy bars. ARV of each of these Prizes is $1.89.
• One thousand (1000) of the following Prizes are available: Sweet treat from Hersheys. ARV of each of these Prizes is $1.49.
• Seven hundred and twenty (720) of the following Prizes are available: sixteen ounce (16) can of C4 Energy Drink. ARV of each of these Prizes is $2.59.
• One thousand four hundred and forty (1440) of the following Prizes are available: 20 ounce bottle of Essentia water. ARV of each of these Prizes is $3.49.
• Five hundred and forty (540) of the following Prizes are available: Bag of Uncle Ray’s Chips in 1.5oz size. ARV of each of these Prizes is $2.29.
• The coupons will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the coupons. Coupons are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will coupons be replaced if lost or stolen.  Coupon prizes may be claimed at the time of winning at any participating Gas Pro location.
• Guitar Pull tickets and Station t-shirt Prizes will be available for pick-up at the office of the Station located at 4051 Jimmie Dyess Pkwy, Augusta, GA 30909, Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm beginning on October 4, 2024 and ending November 8, 2024.
• Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

• Up to fifteen thousand seven hundred and forty five (15,745) winners will be selected as described in Section 1 of these Official Rules.
• Entrants need not listen to the Station to win but must be present at a participating GasPro location to receive a scratch-off ticket.
• Prizes may not be awarded if any winning scratch-off tickets are not found or claimed.
• If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level per the above, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
• Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

• The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at kicks99.com.

 For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at kicks99.com.
