20 years of Dub, that's a weird sentence to say, considering I never thought this would be my career. It was November 1st of 2002. That was my official hire date here at Kicks99. Of course, I'd been on the air for years before that doing my Wrestleboy call in segments. I started out just doing weekends and filling in on holidays or when people were sick or on vacation. Y'all I was on the radio at 16 years old! That's also a crazy sentence to say.
I've got to shout out two great guys, who unfortunately are no longer with us, Brian Ansley and Zach Taylor. These two guys helped train me and show me the ropes early on in this business. Zach became one of my best friends, and I still think about him every day. Those first few years were spent doing part time on air stuff and running the board for our on location broadcasts.
In 2006, I started working in our promotions department. I really enjoyed my time in promotions. Working events for not only Kicks, but our sister stations HD 98.3, 95 Rock, 93.9 BOB FM and WGAC. I did hundreds of Guitar Pull ticket stops during that time, I also got to be on air for some of our other stations. I did nights on HD for several years, I co-hosted afternoons on 95 Rock for a while. The entire time I was still on Kicks as well.

In 2015 I started on the Kicks Wake Up Krew as an "official" member. I've had the opportunity to work with some great people over the years. Mike, Jenny, Cash and now Jess. Over these past 20 years I've had the chance to work with some great people.
Thanks to Tee Gentry for taking a chance on me 20 years ago. Thanks so Chris O'Kelley for being there to help me in so many ways over the years. And thank you to everyone who I've had the chance to work with, the list is too long to mention everyone. Also thank you to anyone who ever listened to me on the air. I hope you've been entertained. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your life.
