Baby Maddie is six months old today! That is crazy to say. It seems like just the other day that we brought her home from the hospital. I can tell you this, these have been the fastest six months ever in my life. My wife and I have watched this little girl grow and change so much, and we can’t wait to see whats to come.
Kelsey and I have watched Maddie learn new things almost every day. We’ve seen her become more interested in toys, and solid food. Baby Maddie loves standing now, a few months ago she couldn’t even do it. Its just crazy how much she has changed in these past six months. Kelsey and I will look at pictures from just a few months ago, and can’t believe how much Maddie has grown.
I won’t lie though, there were definitely some challenges these past six months. Maddie had some gastrointestinal issues at first, and we had to figure those out. Also the four month sleep regression really kicked our butts. Another thing that happened was that Maddie started daycare. At first we weren’t sure how she would do, but she loves it, and they love her!
Kelsey and I are so excited to see whats in store the next six months and in the years to come.
