2024 Country Albums I Can’t Wait To Listen To

There are a bunch of 2024 country albums that I'm really looking forward to checking out. So far this year we've heard some great music, but even more is on the horizon. Some of my favorite artists will be dropping new albums in the near future. In fact, three of the albums I'm looking forward to will be out in the next few weeks.

Some strong music has been released so far this year. Some of the 2024 country albums that I've enjoyed so far this year are Kenny Chesney's album "Born", Scotty McCreery's album "Rise & Fall" and Luke Combs album "Fathers & Sons".

I've been a big Luke Combs fan for years, and watching him grow and change as an artist has been really cool. "Fathers & Sons" is an album full of "dad songs", however, I don't think it's an album just for dads. There are some really awesome songs on it that I'm sure will stir up some good memories for anyone. As a dad now, these songs just kinda hit a little different. Even though I don't have a son yet, I can still feel a lot of the things Luke is singing about.

Another one of the 2024 country albums I've really enjoyed so far has been Scotty McCreery's "Rise & Fall". In my opinion, this is the best album he's done yet. There isn't a weak song on the album. Also, every song has sort of a nostalgic and throwback sound, which I really dig.

This album is coming out on July 4th, and who wouldn't be excited about a Zach Bryan album on a holiday weekend? I have a feeling this one will be playing around a lot of pools and cookouts over the July 4th weekend. There are two songs from the new album out right now. "Pink Skies" and "Purple Gas", so check those out and get ready for the full album in a matter of days.

I know that technically this is going to be considered a rock album, but I'm still really excited to check it out. "Quit!!" comes out July 12th. I grew up loving country music and rock music and the way Hardy combines the two is really cool. There are five songs off the album that you can check out right now. This one will definitely be playing in my truck for a long long time!

This is the soundtrack to the new movie "Twisters" which is coming out July 19th. The album will come out the same day. Back in the day, movie soundtracks used to be a real thing, I feel like that's kind of dropped off in recent years. It's really cool to see a movie soundtrack that is so packed with stars. I mean all of the big country stars are on this thing. Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Thomas Rhett, Bailey Zimmerman, Miranda Lambert, Kane Brown, and a bunch more.

Post Malone's first country project "F- 1 Trillion" is coming out August 16th. The song with Morgan Wallen "I Had Some Help" has been huge, and he just released the song with Blake Shelton "Pour Me A Drink". I'm pretty sure there will be a song with Luke Combs on the album as well. This is one that we've all been anxious to hear ever since we started hearing the news that it was coming.

This album is coming out September 6th. I mean how could you not be excited about a new album from King George. It's been five years since his last one. It's really cool that a man who has been churning out hits since the early 80s is still just as relevant in 2024. He still sounds just as good as he always did, and I know that we're in for a solid dose of Strait Country coming up at the beginning of September.
