What are Augusta's ice cream truck favorites? We found out this morning. The conversation started when we were talking about the ice cream truck from back in the day, or even present day. There are still some ice cream trucks out there. All of us had a favorite from the ice cream truck.

It might've been a tried and true classic, or it might've been something out of the ordinary. We all had something that we favored more than the other choices. This definitely took us back to our childhoods and the great memories of hearing the ice cream truck coming through the neighborhood.

You'd run to get money and chase the truck down, we all did it! Some of us would still do it as adults, and theres no shame in that. Theres nothing better than ice cream on a hot day, and the ice cream truck driver was always right there for you.

We took your phone calls and looked through all of your Facebook comments to compile this list. These were the top vote getters from Facebook and from the phone this morning. If you want to see all of the Facebook comments, just click here

These are Augusta's ice cream truck favorites. These are in no particular order.

Bomb Pops

These are a classic! You can enjoy them on the 4th of July, or honestly anytime really!

Creamsicle

Another classic! Whether you call it a creamsicle or a dreamsicle, it doesn't matter, just enjoy it!

Sundae Cone

Yet another classic! I think everyone enjoys these. Whether its just the plain chocolate one, or the one with nuts on top, its going to be delicious.

The Push Up

We've all had one, or at least you remember the push up. It was the orange sherbet in the thing that looked like a toilet paper roll. It was the only time it was socially acceptable to eat out of something that looked like a toilet paper roll.

Character Ice Cream Bar

Maybe it was Mickey Mouse or Sponge Bob or a Ninja Turtle, it doesn't matter which one. You would always eat the eyes or ears first. Biting the eyes and ears off of things has never felt so good!

Choco Taco

Of course this one was going to make the list! If it didn't I would've been shocked! I hate that it got discontinued last year. Can we start a petition to bring it back?!

The Screw Ball

I've never had one of these, but now I really want one. It is basically a slushy and theres bubble gum at the bottom. Now thats a win win!
