Best Cities For Live Music

What are the best cities for live music? If you're like me and love listening to music, then odds are this is probably important to you. Maybe you're traveling soon, and you want to catch some live music when you get where you're going. If thats the case, hopefully this list will help you out.

Fifty Grande, the travel magazine, came out with this list of the best cities for live music. Fifty Grande asked their reader what cities music lovers absolutely had to visit. I've been to a few of these cities, and I can tell you, they are spot on with this list. Here are some of the cities that fell just outside the top seven.

-Portland, Oregon
-Columbus, Ohio
-Dallas, Texas
-Kansas City, Missouri
-Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
-Detroit, Michigan
-Seattle, Washington
-Asheville, North Carolina
-Washington DC
-Boston, Massachusetts
-San Francisco, California
-Denver, Colorado
-Memphis, Tennessee

There is nothing I like better than soaking in the local music scene in a new city. I love hitting up their downtown area and getting some drinks and enjoying a live band. This list is going to be super helpful in helping me pick our next travel destination. If you want to see the full list from Fifty Grande, just click here
