He is our "Country Music Fact" of the day. On this date in 2020, it was announced that Hank Jr, Marty Stuart and
Dean Dillion were being inducted into "The Country Music Hall Of Fame".
An honor most would agree came way too late. We all know that 2020 wasn't a normal year and the official Medallion ceremony
was moved to November of 2021.
Hank Jr in his speech he said, "Good Thing This Event Didn't Happen Yesterday" in reference to the first day of hunting season where he
said his 6-year-old grandson took his first deer.
