It's International Kissing Day! Don't forget to celebrate with your sweetheart with these 10 best kissing songs!

According to NationalToday.com, here's a little bit about the history of International Kissing Day, and kissing in general:

“If we go back in time, we can thank the Romans for the widespread practice of kissing in Europe. They described kissing in three forms: the osculum (a friendly peck on the cheek), the basium (a loving kiss on the lips), and the savium (the most passionate of kisses on the mouth). In Roman society, when, where, and how you kissed someone was an important indicator of social status.”

There's even a study that shows 36 percent of Americans had their first kiss in middle school, 26 percent in high school, and 22 percent had it even earlier... in elementary school! And unfortunately, this study also shows 2 percent of Americans have never been kissed.

And when it comes to Country music... there are a LOT of good songs about kissing.  Here's a list of 10 of my favorites for your International Kissing Day!

Toby Keith - You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like That

Keith Urban - Kiss A Girl

Shania Twain - When You Kiss Me

Charlie Pride - Kiss An Angel Good Morning

David Nail - Kiss You Tonight

Mary Chapin Carpenter - Shut Up And Kiss Me

Thompson Square - Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not

Lady A - Just A Kiss

Faith Hill - This Kiss

Randy Houser - Goodnight Kiss
