Jordan Davis’ New Song Is Inspired by “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”

Jordan Davis' latest song "Next Thing You Know" was inspired by a quote from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". You know, the "Life moves pretty fast" one. He said he relates it to how fast life has been moving between pursuing his career and starting a family. (CMT)

Luke Bryan tells People magazine that he thinks he would do well if he auditioned for 'American Idol'. "I'd have just had to go up there and been me, and I think I would've done pretty well. I think my voice would have held its own, certainly in the category of boy next door, country kids. I see myself in a lot of these kids. That's the best part of this competition. You see your past when these kids come up, and hopefully they see their future when they look at us."

Lainey Wilson released a new single called "Watermelon Moonshine" about young love.  She is back from a short hiatus for a family emergency.  She also announced her next album, "Bell Bottom Country", will be out October 28th.  (CMT)
