Q. How can I get tickets to the show?

A. WIN tickets by listening to KICKS 99 OR at our Kicks 99 Guitar Pull Ticket Stops around the CSRA with your chance to win.

Q. When can I pick up my tickets?

A. Tickets are available for pick up NOW!

Q. I won tickets, how do I pick them up?

A. You can pick up your tickets at our office - 4051 Jimmie Dyess Parkway, Augusta, GA - Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please bring your picture ID.

Q. What happens if I lose my tickets?

A. That would be a sad day, please try not to lose your tickets!

Q. If I have already hit my (2) pair limit, can I enter someone else’s name?

A. No. You must be present to enter & fill out your own name. No one else can sign your name, unless present & physically unable. If this is the case, a road crew member can assist in taking the iPad to the individual entering.

Q. Can someone else pick up my tickets for me?

A. Yes, another individual can pick up your tickets if they have a copy of your valid ID. However, we highly encourage you pick up your own tickets.

Q. What can I bring to the show?

A. The Bell Auditorium is a clear bag only venue. Check The Bell Auditorium's website for venue restrictions and details on what type of bags are allowed.
