After learning about his vocal abilities, Dabo put Blackmon on the spot during team meetings and he blew the crowd of teammates and coaches away with his great vocals. Now he is going viral on social media.
A "Legend" Finds Him On TikTok
He's so good, in fact, that John Legend, yes, that John Legend, came by his TikTok for a duet. As you'll see below, he covers Chris Stapleton and Brett Young, but he does more than just country. He even does Elvis.
Huckabee wears the Number 25 jersey for the Tigers and is from Clover, SC.

According to the Clemson Tigers website, Huckabee joined Clemson as a walk-on in the fall of 2021. Here's more info-
2022: Saw first game action of the season vs. Louisiana Tech, playing two snaps.
2021: Made collegiate debut on special teams vs. SC State.
Before Clemson: Spent 2020 at Furman before transferring to walk on at Clemson … at Clover High School, caught 28 passes for 488 yards and three touchdowns as a senior in helping his team to a 12-1 record … also ran track, earning all-region honors in the 400 meters his junior year.
Another Clemson Singer
Blackmon is not the first singing Clemson Tiger. Country star Lee Brice played for Clemson, too. He was also a walk-on and eventually earned a scholarship. He was a lineman for the Tigers before an injury ended his football career. Lee is still a huge Tigers fan.
A Tour?
Maybe we'll have a Clemson Tour in a couple of years with Lee Brice and Blackmon Huckabee! In the meantime, Lee keeps cranking out the hits and Blackmon is gearing up for some football with Clemson's first game on September 4th at Duke.
