Other Things They Could Do
- While I have a list of fun things to do coming up, here are some other and not so much fun things.
- Clean out their closets
- Clean out the toy boxes (Christmas isn't that far away, new toys are coming)
- Watch a family movie together.
- Plan an indoor scavenger hunt.
- Paper airplane races
- Make homemade ice cream
- have a photo session and dress up
- Have a dance party
Things We Don't Want The Kids Doing
- Playing on tablets or phones all-day
- Watching TV all-day
- Sleeping
- Eating
- Complaining about being bored
- Going Out Side
Board games are another way to keep them entertained. Maybe find some older classic board games. Maybe from your childhood and share those. Time in the kitchen is a great way to pass the time. Baking cookies, breads or helping with dinner, This will pass a lot of time.
Why not pull out old family video's and pictures. This would be a good time to introduce your kids to family members who have passed. So many great ideas
