While there's been no official announcement, and neither are sporting a ring, Blake recently spoke up during a recent interview about his relationship.
The interview with the Today Show was filmed shortly after Stefani appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
You may recall, Ellen tried to trick Gwen by saying Blake had told her they were engaged.
At the time, Gwen was shocked and proclaimed that they were not engaged.
But, during Blake's interview, which was published yesterday, Natalie Morales asked the country star if he was going to make things official with Gwen over the holidays.
