The rising star recently posted a video of the stripped-down tune on YouTube, and it's all you'd expect it to be. "Legends" is the first single from her album Unapologetically, which hits stores November 3rd.

Kelsea recently told Variety that peeling back song layers is one of her favorite things to do. "As a songwriter, I love stripping songs down to the basics," she says. "With 'Legends' being such a lyrical story, my band and I have ended up playing it like this quite a bit. It's become a chameleon of a song and changes meaning on how you listen to it, but covers everything from loss to love, just like the entirety of the album."
