Miranda Lambert will be just one of the many acts opening for Morgan Wallen on his 2025 "I'm The Problem" stadium tour. While Miranda has been headlining for many years, she's played mostly arenas and, of course, her "Velvet Rodeo" stint in Las Vegas last year.

Lambert told me in a recent interview just how much crowds get her show going, and I can only imagine that a stadium crowd will be twice as exciting for the country superstar. She said, "I feel like I am totally energized by the crowd. I mean after so many times stepping on the stage, some days you’re just not as in it on your first song as you are other days. And where some days there’s hard stuff going on in your life or you know, where you’re just kind of sick but you’re at work and you gotta go do it."

She added, "I’ve had several shows that I was struggling when I walked on and three songs and I was like completely taking a deep breath and like thank you, y’all are here. I needed that love today, and I’m giving back you know, I definitely rely on them so much."

In a fun video Miranda posted to Instagram recently, she noted some fans were not happy with her current opening concert slot. She said, "Reading the comments on the Morgan Wallen tour announcement. Mean comments on my Instagram."

She starts to read, "I'll pass. I was the biggest Miranda fan." Another commenter said, "I'm team Miranda forever, but this comes as a shock. This ain't it, sis."

"I'm so disappointed in both of you. May God forgive you both." She laughs and says, "We're really doing bad on this tour Morgan."

"You are not a side dish; you are a main course." Her makeup artist says, "That is true."

"Girl, you can do better than this. WTF I don't see Texas on here." She responds, "I know that sucks. I'm not on the Texas shows."

"Miranda, you're just clinging to something popular so you can stay relevant."

"I'm so confused why you haven't been Entertainer of the Year the last several years." She comments, "Well, I was once."

Lambert wraps the video saying, "So there we go, thanks guys for the support. Appreciate that guys."

She captioned the video post, "I appreciate that y’all aren’t afraid to hold back."
