Dub: We're powered by Leonard Truck Outfitters. Truck around and find out.

Cody: We don't typically credit fast food places with weight loss, but this guy from Lincoln, Rhode Island, is crediting daily Chick-fil-A salads for his 132-pound weight loss.

Dub: Now, I bet it probably wasn't just eating salads. I'm pretty sure he had to do a few other things too.

Cody: So his name is Tom and he changed his diet after some health scares. He lost 60 pounds in a few weeks by eating the salad every day and cutting out alcohol. He has been able to keep the weight off, and he's inspiring others with his success story.

Dub: Okay. So we know he cut out alcohol. I'm sure there was some exercise that had to happen. I mean, you know, you're probably not just going to be able to eat salads and, you know, lose weight. There had to be some walking, maybe some jogging, something like that. So, but again, if he can do it, you can do it too.132 pounds. That's incredible. It's a big deal.

Cody: And this is really cool, but unfortunately, we're not going to be in a state where we could possibly see it.

Dub: Unfortunately not.

Cody: But there is a double sunrise that will be visible this weekend in certain parts of the world. So residents in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine will all have the chance to witness this.

Dub: So basically, Virginia up the East coast.

Cody: They'll be able to witness this unique occurrence. The phenomenon happens when the sun rises just before or after a partial solar eclipse, and it creates this illusion of two suns in the sky.

Dub: Can you imagine though, like if you didn't know this was going to happen and you like walked outside, you're like, oh God, this is it. Y'all better start praying. Yeah, that's crazy. That would freak me right the you know what out if I walked out and didn't know this was happening and thought I saw two suns, you know, about here comes the aliens are coming. Um, okay. As a runner, I need to get your opinion on this story.

Cody: Okay.

Dub: There's a fellow from London. His name is Alfie Pritchard and he ran a full marathon. Okay.Not a 5k, not a half marathon, a full marathon while eating a hundred chicken McNuggets.

Cody: Oh, that's a lot. I mean, you do need to fuel up while you're running, especially when you're doing 26.2 miles.

Dub: Sure. But do you feel up on chicken McNuggets?

Cody: I mean, everybody has their thing that they want to fuel up on.

Dub: Uh, he owns a sportswear business, and he documented his challenge on TikTok. He ate 83 nuggets, and then he struggled with the last few. I mean, he plowed through 83, no problem. But then those last, you know, 20 or so.

Cody: Yeah.

Dub: He had a little bit of a hard time with the ultimately finished his food and the race.

Cody: Wow. That's a, that's impressive. A hundred chicken McNuggets.

Dub: I mean, did he have a little fanny pack with nuggets in them? Did he have like one of the to-go things? Did he have a honey mustard in the other hand? Or he's just out here eating, you know, dry nuggets. I got a lot of questions here. But here's the thing. If Alfie can run a full marathon while eating a hundred chicken McNuggets, well, what are you doing? You know, like, I mean, that makes me feel like I haven't accomplished anything in my life.

Cody: I know. I can't even run a full marathon without the chicken McNuggets.
