Hunter Hayes shared “Heartbreak,” his first single in three years, at the recent C2C (Country to Country) Festival in the U.K. The song is now available on all streaming platforms and has been released to country radio.

Hayes took a few moments to address the crowd before performing an emotional rendition of “Invisible,” sharing, “I’ve learned that just because you don’t fit in, doesn’t mean you don’t belong.” His sentiment and authenticity resonated with fans as buzz and excitement continues to grow surrounding his upcoming Closer To You Tour.
