During the CMT Music Awards a couple months ago, Keith dedicated his award to Nicole, who he says plays a major role in his success. She was in all smiles. Heck, we’d blush too if our partner had done the same! These two are always thinking of one another, learning from each other, and lavishing each other with endless love!
