About Ashley Cooke:
Ashley Cooke is originally from Parkland, Florida. She was inspired by artists like Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Kelly Clarkson, and more. Her style includes the energy of pop and the depth of county. Ashley started writing songs early in life, with her first at age 11. At 18, Ashley moved to Nashville where she attended Belmont University. Surprisingly, she didn’t study music. It was only after entering Belmont’s Country Showcast and winning that she decided to pursue music.
Unfortunately, the pandemic slowed Ashley’s efforts to pursue music. But that’s when she became resourceful and took to TikTok. On TikTok, she built a large fanbase where she could share the songs she wrote on her own terms.
Her debut album, shot in the dark, blends country and pop and shares true stories of love, heartbreak, and everything in between.
