The 2023 Rustic Elegance Believe Prom is celebrating its sixth year with an unforgettable prom night experience for those with special needs, ages 12 and older on Friday, June 2nd. The Believe Prom is a complimentary event including a red carpet entrance, dancing, and dinner. Doors open at 5 p.m. with a free hair and make-up touch-up session with the prom starting at 6 p.m. at the NWTF Palmetto Shooting Complex in Edgefield.
