Where Is Time Going? Baby Maddie Is Seven Months Old

I can't believe that Baby Maddie is seven months old! People have been telling me since she was born, it goes fast, they weren't kidding. These have been the fastest seven months of my life, but definitely the best. Watching this little girl grow and learn has been a true blessing. Let me catch y'all up on where we are seven months in.

Baby Maddie has been dealing with some issues, but we think we've got every thing figured out now. She was dealing with a cough for months, well now with the help of some breathing treatments, that seems to be behind us. We also tried changing her formula, but had to change it back. She was just uncomfortable on the other stuff.

Maddie is eating her purees. She loves bananas, apples, peaches and sweet potatoes the most. Kelsey and I are getting ready to start her on solid foods soon. If she loves her baby food purees this much, whats she going to do when she has the real stuff? We can't wait to see, and trust me there will be video I promise.

Just last week we started putting Maddie in her walker, and she loves it! She loves standing up in general, but when she's in the walker and mobile, she's so happy. Of course she's still getting along with our dogs Bo and Lola. They love being around her. Bo always comes and checks on her if she starts crying. And Lola lays outside Maddie's room when she sleeps. Its like she's standing guard or something.

Its so hard for Kelsey and I to believe Maddie is already seven months old. We're so excited to watch this little girl continue to grow and we can't wait to update you on what happens between seven months and eight months.
