What is on my Christmas Playlist? We’re a little less two weeks away from Christmas, so I’m showing you what’s on it. I love Christmas music. I start listening to Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving, which is the way it should be (don’t come at me). There are certain songs that I have to hear every year. It doesn’t really feel like Christmas until I hear these songs.
Now I’m an old-school Christmas music fan. I love those classic voices like Elvis, Dean Martin, Johnny Mathis, and Bing Crosby. For some reason their voices singing those Christmas songs just hits different. Don’t get me wrong, I love the newer artists too, but the old-school guys are just my favorites.
Those songs just bring back so many memories for me. The old school, traditional Christmas songs just hit me differently. They make me remember all of those great Christmases with my family. These classic songs just make me want to pour something from my bourbon collection and sit by the tree and just listen.
