• Q. How can I get tickets to the show?

  A. WIN tickets by listening to KICKS 99 OR at our Kicks 99 Guitar Pull Ticket Stops around the CSRA with your chance to win.

• Q. When can I pick up my tickets?

  A. Tickets are available for pick up NOW!

• Q. I won tickets, how do I pick them up?

  A. You can pick up your tickets at our office – 4051 Jimmie Dyess Parkway, Augusta, GA – Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please bring your picture ID.

• Q. What happens if I lose my tickets?

  A. That would be a sad day, please try not to lose your tickets!

• Q. If I have already hit my (2) pair limit, can I enter someone else’s name?

  A. No. You must be present to enter & fill out your own name. No one else can sign your name, unless present & physically unable. If this is the case, a road crew member can assist in taking the iPad to the individual entering.

• Q. Can someone else pick up my tickets for me?

  A. Yes, another individual can pick up your tickets if they have a copy of your valid ID. However, we highly encourage you pick up your own tickets.

• Q. What can I bring to the show?

  A. The Bell Auditorium is a clear bag only venue. Check The Bell Auditorium’s website for venue restrictions and details on what type of bags are allowed.
