This weekend’s (2/5) 65th Annual GRAMMYS awards ceremony could be a career-defining moment for one or more country artists. With multiple nominees like Luke Combs, Ashley McBryde, and Miranda Lambert nominated in this year’s categories and new GRAMMY nominees Cody Johnson and Zach Bryan, it’s anyone’s guess who will take home the hardware. However, the GRAMMYS has its favorites and gives awards to a handful of artists many times over. So, we thought we would take a crack at predictions for who we think will win the GRAMMY awards at the 2023 ceremony this year.

  • 5 - Best Country Solo Prediction - Miranda Lambert, "In His Arms"

This is a tough category this year, but our money is on GRAMMY Favorite, Miranda Lambert, to win for her performance of “In His Arms.” Other nominees in the category are Kelsea Ballerini for “Heartfirst,” Maren Morris for “Circles Around This Town,” Willie Nelson for “Live Forever,” and Zach Bryan for “Something in the Orange.”

  • 4 – Best Country Duo/ Group Prediction - Reba McEntire & Dolly Parton, "Does He Love You."

We predict a win for multiple GRAMMY winners and country icons Reba McEntire & Dolly Parton for “Does He Love You.” The song and performance by Reba and Linda Davis won a GRAMMY in 1994. The song is also the very first time Reba and Dolly collaborated on a song, and hearing their voices blend together is nothing short of glorious. Other nominees in this category are Brothers Osborne for “Midnight Rider’s Prayer,” Carly Pearce & Ashley McBryde for “Never Wanted to Be That Girl,” Ingrid Andress & Sam Hunt for “Wishful Drinking,” Luke Combs & Miranda Lambert for “Outrunnin’ Your Memory,” and Robert Plant & Alison Krauss for “Going Where the Lonely Go.”

  • 3 – Best Country Song prediction - Taylor Swift's "I Bet You Think Of Me."

With six nominees in this category, we predict GRAMMY favorite Taylor Swift’s “I Bet You Think Of Me.” Other nominees in the category are “Circles Around This Town,” Maren Morris (co-writer), “Doin’ This,” Luke Combs (co-writer), “If I Was A Cowboy,” Miranda Lambert (co-writer), “I’ll Love You Till The Day I Die,” Chris Stapleton (co-writer) sung by Willie Nelson, and “Til You Can’t,” sung by Cody Johnson.

  • 2 - Best Country Album Prediction - Luke Combs' "Growin' Up"

We predict Luke Combs’ “Growin’ Up” giving him his first GRAMMY. This one could go to anyone, though. Other nominees are Ashley McBryde for “Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville,” Maren Morris for “Humble Quest,” Miranda Lambert for “Palomino,” and Willie Nelson for “A Beautiful Time.”

  • 1 – Overall Country Grammy Winner - Miranda Lambert

We predict a big night for Miranda Lambert, who was nominated in all four country categories this year.
