When artists come to town to play shows they have a lot of time to kill before the show starts. Most days they wake up in the new city on the bus, find breakfast in the catering hall and then they are on with their day.
For some it’s playing golf, for some, it’s working out, and in some cases, they have family and friends in the city they are playing and they meet up. Well, this past Saturday Dustin decided to head to downtown Augusta to see what our fine city has to offer.
It seems that we have a liquidation store in downtown Augusta. I will be doing my homework this weekend to find this place. From Dustin’s video, it looks to be down near the August Common and on the same side of the street. I will be checking back in with you on that.
It’s where packages from Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, etc. are sold when they aren’t claimed by the person who ordered it. Things like you ordered a package and it was never delivered to your home and then they send you a make good package and then you are good to go because you received your order.
Then when the stores or shipping companies find the original, they sell it to these bin stores for pennies on the dollar and you do in and buy the package not knowing what you are getting.
It seems Dustin went bin shopping and took it back to the boys of the crew and they found some interesting items that some of the crew enjoyed and some didn’t.
Enjoy!
