Which Chiefs Games Could Taylor Swift Attend This Season?
The 2024 NFL season is set to kick off in just a few weeks, and the preseason is already going strong. So, Taylor Swift fans are wondering if they’ll see their favorite pop star at any Chiefs games cheering on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Swift and Kelce are still going strong as a couple, so it’s almost assumed at this point that she’ll show up to at least some of his games. He’s been returning the favor by attending plenty of her Eras Tour concerts, too, so they seem supportive of each others’ careers, to say the least.
Which Chiefs Games Could Taylor Swift Attend This Season?
The Chiefs games that Swift is able to attend depends on when her touring schedule doesn’t conflict with gameday action. That said, Swift has a break from the Eras Tour in September, so chances are, she’s be able to make the Kansas City Chiefs’ opening game on Sept. 5 at Arrowhead Stadium. That game sees the Chiefs taking on the Baltimore Ravens, which will be a tough game, since the Ravens are expected to be among the best teams in the NFL this season.
Swift’s touring schedule would also make room for her to attend Chiefs games on Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29 and Oct. 7. Then, she’s back on the Eras Tour beginning on Oct. 18. She won’t be away for long, though, as Swift’s time off could also allow her to attend Kelce’s games on Nov. 4, Nov. 10, Nov. 17, Nov. 24 and Nov. 29.
In other words, Swift’s schedule really does leave things open for her to attend a lot of Chiefs games this season. She seemed to enjoy herself at the games last season, so I would be shocked to not see her at a bunch this time around. Plus, the Nov. 29 game is the day after Thanksgiving in Kansas City, so I could see her having Thanksgiving with Kelce’s family and staying to watch the game. How romantic, right? I’m sure their kisses will go viral.
Swift’s schedule also has her open to attending Chiefs games on Dec. 15, Dec. 21 and Dec. 25. So, the Christmas Day game could make for another holiday spent together, as they did last year.
Speaking with Time for her Person of the Year cover story, Swift talked about how the two support each other, stating, “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care. The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
