Dub’s Playlist This Week- Justin Moore
Whats on Dub’s playlist this week? It’s one of my favorite songs from Justin Moore. Justin is one of those country stars who low key has a ton of hits. Justin has seven albums out, and has been releasing hit songs since 2009. We’ve seen him a bunch here in Kicks Country, and every time Justin is here, it’s always a good time.
I can remember back in 2009 when Justin was a brand new artist. Justin’s label brought him to the station for us to meet him and hear some of his new music. After his visit, Justin played a show at Coyote’s that night. There weren’t a ton of people there because no one really knew who he was yet, but that wouldn’t last long.
Justin played shows at The Country Club years ago. He’s also played Kicks99’s Guitar Pull back in 2018. Justin was here for A Day in the Country and he played the Independence Celebration at Fort Gordon as well. Anytime we’ve needed Justin Moore for something he’s been there to help us out. I can tell you, he’s one of the nicest, most down to Earth guys you’ll ever meet.
This week’s song was never really a big radio hit for Justin, but for some reason its always been one of my favorites. Its one of those good sing along songs while you’re driving. Dub's Favorite Country Albums Of 2023 So Far
So what are my favorite Country Albums of 2023 so far? I’ll be glad to tell you. One thing I don’t have to tell you is the fact that there has been some great music released so far this year. However, there have been some albums that really stand out to me. There are some that I haven’t been able to stop listening to.
I’m sure that y’all have a favorite of the year so far too. Will our lists match up? maybe so. So how did I come up with this list? Some of the factors I took into consideration were how often I listen to the whole album. Have I gotten tired of it? Are all of the songs good? Do the songs sound different? Did I buy the whole album, or just stream it? All of these questions helped me come up with this list.
There are a few albums that I’ve liked this year that just didn’t quite make the list, but they’re still really good. These are a few honorable mentions.

He got his start in radio by being a regular caller on the Kicks 99 morning show. He was soon hired and has worked in various roles in Augusta, including Promotions Director.
