I thought it would be cool to do a Father’s Day photo album. This year will be my second Father’s Day, so I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures with my daughter. We’ve taken so many pictures over the last almost two years that narrowing them down was the hardest part of this whole thing.
Special Memories For Father’s Day
As I was making this Father’s Day photo album I started thinking about how many memories I have with my daughter Maddie. I’ll tell you, this has been the fastest two years of my life. Maddie will be two coming up in September. Looking back at these pictures reminds me just how much she’s grown and changed in such a short period of time.
I can still vividly remember the day she was born. When I saw her for the first time, my life changed right then and there. In that moment, I knew that my life was no longer about me. My life was now about this little girl and taking care of her and keeping her safe. She became my life in the blink of an eye. Holding her for the first time was absolutely incredible.
She has become my little best friend. I love spending time with her. Picking her up from daycare every day is my favorite part of the day. Watching her learn new things and grow and change has been such a cool experience. Now I’m not going to lie, it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. Raising kids is one of the hardest and craziest yet most fun and most rewarding things ever!
