Are These The Best Country Debut Songs Ever?

Put together by their record label after years of both of them in solo careers, the pairing of Ronnie and Kix was genius and scored the guys’ superstar status. In 2019, they became members of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Are these the best country debut songs ever? You never forget the first time you heard the first song by an artist. An artist who turned out to be one of your favorites later. These were the introductions to an artist. The first time you ever heard them sing. The folks over at Taste Of Country ranked the best country debut songs, I wonder if y'all will agree with this list.

Before we get to the top five, lets take a look at some of the other songs on the list. "Much Too Young To Feel This Damn Old" by Garth Brooks was on the list. As was "Unwound" by George Strait. Both of these are great songs, I definitely think they belong on the list. "Redneck Woman" from Gretchen Wilson also landed on the list. That song was huge in the mid 2000s.

Some of the other songs that landed higher on the list were "Chicken Fried" by The Zac Brown Band. I don't think that song will ever get old. "Should've Been A Cowboy" by Toby Keith made the list too. That song is timeless! I definitely agree with both of those songs being on the list.
