I love a good sheet pan recipe. It makes life that much easier when I can prep a meal, throw it all in one pan, and it’s done. I also love when it’s easy enough that my 10 year old daughter Lexie can make it. She learns the ropes of cooking and it takes even more ease off me so it’s a win win! And the clean up is easy and it’s done in about 30 minutes. Let’s get to cooking our Kielbasa sheet pan dinner!

  • Wash your hands

Always wash our hands before meal prep!

  • Chop your meat and veggies

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. I pre-sliced half of a kielbasa sausage and diced half a red onion and half of a red, green, and yellow pepper the night before. So all Lexie has to do is line a sheet pan with parchment paper and put the meat and veggies on the pan. We also added two cloves of minced garlic.

  • Add a dash of olive oil and some seasonings

Add a tablespoon of olive oil, Creole seasoning, and pepper. Lexie uses a plastic baggie to mix it all up so she doesn’t get her hands all messy.

  • Bake and enjoy!

Bake at 400 degrees f for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Eat the dish as is or serve it with pasta, potatoes, or rice. We also add some mozzarella cheese on top at the end. Enjoy!
