Back at it again with another weekend to spare! Each and every week the city has a variety of events to be a part of throughout the week and throughout the weekend. This is the place to be to find out things to do in Augusta this weekend.

The list includes outdoor activities and indoor activities because the heat has been showing up and showing out this month!

Speaking of the heat, be sure to stay cool. Augusta has designated some community spaces for cooling centers. To find out more, click here.

If you decide to get out to the Saturday Market on the River stay hydrated and maybe even wear some natural sunscrcreen.

We’ve included just 7 events here to get you going, but there are tons of other events that are going on in the CSRA.

• Yoga and Vine Night

  
  This class is all about how to connect, move, breath, focus, and relax.

  No prior yoga experience or “flexibility” required. Glass of Wine or Wine Slushie is included in the price when signing up.

• Food Truck Friday across the CSRA

  First there was one, now there are several!

  The CSRA now hosts a number of Food Truck Fridays. This Friday Columbia County and Hephzibah will be having food trucks out for the community to enjoy.

• Camp soul city

  
  SATURDAY AT 10 AM – 4 PM

  This is the second annual Camp Soul City. It is a camp-themed store crawl, shopping experience in downtown Augusta! Start at any participating location, pick up a Camp flyer, and start working on those merit badges. Each participating biz will have an activity that you can complete to earn a merit “badge”

• Family Movie Night at Augusta Regional Airport

  Family Movie Night at Augusta Regional Airport on Saturday, July 15th. The movie showing will be The Super Mario Bros. movie. It is a free event, but does require a ticket!

• Christmas in July

  Christmas came early this year! Get ahead on your holiday shopping. The CSRA actually has two Christmas in July events going on this weekend. One being held on Fort Gordon and the other in Edgefield, SC

• Peach Festival — Cold Creek Nurseries

  
  A CELEBRATION OF ALL THINGS PEACH!

• Movies at the Miller: HOOK

  Sunday, July 16 is a free showing of Hook, part of the Queensborough National Bank & Trust Co. Presents Movies at the Miller series.
