Baby Maddie has shown us many faces in the last two weeks. It's hard to believe its already been two weeks that she's been here. If you missed the story about her arrival you can read more about it right here. They say time flies, and Kelsey and I are finding that out first hand. One of our favorite things to do is watch Madelyn's facial expressions throughout the day. She's given us so many different ones. Maddie has shown us her angry face. We've also seen her smile, and look so surprised.
Anything we do that makes her smile, we try to keep doing it, because we want to see our sweet baby smile as much as possible. When we see her crying, it breaks our heart, and we do anything we can to stop her tears. Probably our favorite facial expression from Baby Maddie so far is the one of pure awe. Sometimes when we're walking her around the house, she's just looking all around like "what's that?" or "where am I?".
Kelsey and I can't wait for all of the faces we'll see our daughter make as she continues to grow and change. However, right now we want to show you some of our favorites so far.
And if you just need some more babies making hilarious facial expressions, check out this video.
In Deep Thought

Probably contemplating ruining another diaper, which was just changed a few minutes earlier.
"Where's The Bottle?"

We usually get this look when she's ready to eat, but mommy and daddy are still prepping the bottle.
You Only Think I'm Sleeping

We think she's falling asleep, but nope, she's still peaking at us.
A Sleeping Angel

She's all swaddled up and ready to nap for a while.
We Got A Model Over Here

She's very photogenic for a two week old.
Enough With The Pictures!

"I just want a bottle and a nap, could you take more pictures later?"
Nap Time!

Don't y'all wish as adults we could sleep this good?
Would You Look At That Smile!

This smile is what makes all the sleepless nights, and diaper changes worth it.
