Y’all have got to check out these throwback commercials featuring country stars. The 90s was an awesome time for country music. We’d hear all of our favorite stars on the radio every day, and we’d see them on TV. It seems like country stars were in a ton more commercials back in the 90s than they are today.
I mean sure you still see Thomas Rhett in the Fritos commercial. Luke Bryan is in the commercials for Jockey, but there really isn’t much else. It’s not like it was in the 90s. Back then Alan Jackson was in the Ford Trucks commercials. George Strait had his Wranger ads. Fritos was still using country stars back in the 90s, but it was Reba back then.
I also had no idea that Garth Brooks was in a McDonalds ad. That one was a first for me. I wish more companies would get on board for using country stars to help promote their product. I mean lets get Luke Combs on some Miller Lite ads. How about Morgan Wallen doing some commercials for something, I think that would be awesome.
Well while we think about that lets take a look back and soak in some 90s awesomeness shall we.
