Baked Beans
I agree with this cook. The best baked beans start with pork and beans. Baked beans are pretty easy to make and this is one of the more simple ones to make. I've made this guy's baked beans and they are really good. This gets a personal 10 out of 10 for baked beans. The best part is you get to put them on the smoker and get that smoke taste.
Mac And Cheese
I used to think that Mac and Cheese was a hard dish to make. I was scared to make it because I've always heard people say, "This isn't how grandma made it." I didn't want to be that person. I tried it one day and it turns out it's so easy to make. This is the basic recipe I make. The only thing I do differently is that I like the larger noodles and I use penne or ziti noodles.
Veggies
This is exactly how I love to do veggies on the grill. I use more veggies. I like to cut up asparagus, onions, squash, zucchini, and carrots, and cover them in olive oil and butter. Wrap them up in a tin foil ball and put on the grill for about an hour or so at 250 degrees and they taste just like you got them from a Japanese steak house. I sometimes will do this side as a meal.
Cole Slaw
I will have to admit and say this upfront when it comes to cole slaw. I don't eat it. I don't like it, I will never eat it, and I will never like it. I do know that it is a very well-loved dish to have at any cookout or meal as far as that goes. If cole slaw is your thing, then here is an easy-to-make cole slaw.
