The Best Thermostat Temperature, According To Science (Science Is Obviously Not Familiar With Summer In The South)
Everyone’s got that thermostat sweet spot, and you know exactly what I’m talking about: that perfect range for when you’re at home, away from home and sleeping.
However, it may be time to re-evaluate your thermostat sweet spot after this news from the Department of Energy…
They say that the coolest you should keep your home is 78 degrees while you’re there; 82 while sleeping and 85 when you’re not home.
Obviously, whoever came up with this has never spent a summer here in the C.S.R.A.
