She's explaining how she asked other kids in her class about Napoleon, and how she felt he would be a Slytherin at Hogwarts. She was surprised when most of those she asked didn't even know who Napoleon was. The best part is when she says the education system failed these kids. The woman who posted the video captioned it with "When your dad is a nerd."
I feel like this kind of goes back to the conversation Dub and I had about IQs and how things have changed so much in recent years.
