Two Ray’s
Ray Ray’s Car Wash will probably be the first of the three new businesses to open. Ray Ray’s is owned by a local businessman, Ray Carnes, who has had worldwide success with his RecTeq grills. The new car wash will be state of the art and can even handle big dually trucks. According to their Facebook page, this car wash is the first of this technology headed to the CSRA. Breadsticks
Also, you’ll soon be able to get those delicious breadsticks and all-you-can-eat salad at the Village at Riverwatch. The Olive Garden is relocating from Washington Road. Construction on the building appears to be coming along nicely. We don’t have an estimated completion date, but it shouldn’t be long now!

Also, a building that will house smaller businesses is being built now next to the Dollar Tree on Cabela Drive. All new businesses will join Top Golf, Bass Pro Shops, Dave and Busters, apartments, and more at this live here, work here, play here area off of Riverwatch Parkway at I-20.
