Morgan Wallen Appears To Be Getting A Nashville Bar
Morgan Wallen will soon join a handful of other country superstars with Nashville bars. While nothing is confirmed, The Nashville Business Journal reports that Morgan will soon have a “massive” bar in downtown Nashville.
Reports are that Wallen and TC Restaurant Group have partnered for a bar and live music venue at 107 Fourth Ave. North, where plans for a six-story building were approved a year ago. Word is that Morgan’s new place will include a live music venue, gift shop, multiple bars, and rooftop area. This establishment would be right behind Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, near the Ryman Auditorium.
According to The Nashville Journal, TC Restaurant Group purchased the parking lot at that location for $10 million in May 2022. If that company name sounds familiar, it’s because they have partnered with Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and Miranda Lambert for downtown Nashville venues.

Other artists with bars currently under construction include Luke Combs, Eric Church, and Garth Brooks, who recently commented on the renovation progress of “Friends in Low Places,” his forthcoming bar and entertainment venue. He said in a statement, “There’s not a floor here you’re gonna want to miss. The first floor is just ‘bring your helmet.’ The second floor gives you a little break from it, but it’s still right in your face. The third floor is just going to be ‘Trisha Yearwood classy.'”
Brooks added, “But the fourth floor – The Oasis? Up on top? That’s going to be where the party’s at.”
Many partnerships with country stars for downtown Nashville bars are only licensing deals, which means the artist gets paid for someone else to use their likeness and isn’t directly involved in the day-to-day management. Celebrities attached to TC Restaurant holdings have been heavily present upon opening their venues but not as much in the years that followed.
The one bar that is different is Blake Shelton’s Ole Red. Blake partnered with Opry Entertainment Group for Ole Red, and he regularly brings new artists to his venue and uses the stage to make personal and professional announcements.
There is no timetable for the opening of Morgan Wallen’s bar, and it does not have a name yet.
