Randy Travis Files Lawsuit In Response To Arrest
Country artist Randy Travis was arrested back in August of 2012 due to suspicion of driving under the influence, but this same arrest is making headlines again this week.
The newly filed lawsuit stems from video footage obtained during the arrest.
Police records indicate Travis was not wearing any clothing when he was approached by officers.
Travis filed the lawsuit with the Federal courts, on the grounds the footage violates his privacy.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed in an attempt to block Texas from being able to release the footage.
