Fast food restaurants can be found on every turn and every corner you make and sometimes just grabbing a quick burger on the run is so easy.   Unfortunately, one of the downsides of fast food being everywhere is that it can harm our health when consumed on a regular basis. Fast food consumption can contribute to obesity, heart attacks, dementia, diabetes, stroke, and even cancer.  Fast food also makes eating cheap.

I along with you love a good burger, but most recently a lifestyle change and a good ol’ fussing at by my Dr. has changed how I eat burgers.  Prior to this change that I’m making in my life, these were my go-to burgers.

  1.  Pimento Cheese Burger, where you replaced the cheese with pimento cheese.  Of course, you add the ketchup and mustard.
  2.  A Chili Cheese Burger with Mustard, Chili, and onions, with ketchup and mustard
  3.  How about just a plain cheeseburger with lettuce and onion, then Ketchup, Mustard, and Mayonnaise?
