It’s that time of the year. It’s fair time and that means We Go To The Fair For The Food, Right? Isn’t that really why we all go to the fair, let’s be honest now! Now I don’t think we get all the crazy foods that some get so I sat down and started doing my homework!

Two of our fairs have come and gone but there is still time to catch the Columbia County Fair. It Opens Thursday, November 3rd, and run’s till Sunday, November 13th.

The Food
Now from food on a stick to any and everything deep fried, you will find it at the fair. The July 4th celebration on Ft Gordon always get me ready for fair season. This year we had, Deep Friend Cupcakes, Deep Fried Brownies and of course, Deep Fried Oreo’s! On of the most interesting things I’ve ever had at the fair, the Krispy Kreme Cheeseburger. I’ll be 100% honest, I had my doubts, I already said it would be nasty. Guess what? I was 100000 % wrong. It was unreal good!
