WATCH: Jenny Calls Out A Facebook Hater & Proves That Can’t Beat Jenny Isn’t Rigged
Can’t Beat Jenny is one of our most popular segments on the Kicks Wake Up Krew. If you’re not familiar with it, here’s how it goes:
- Dub & Cash come up with three random trivia questions (could be pop culture, sports, history, country music, etc. Ya never know.)
- I don’t know what the questions will be. I step out of the room and into a soundproof booth, and Cash & Dub take caller number nine.
- The caller answers the three questions, and then gets put on hold.
- Then, Dub motions for me to to come back into the studio, and I answer the same three questions.
- If the caller and I tie, or if I get more questions right, the caller doesn’t walk away empty-handed; they get a Popeye’s gift card as a consolation prize.
- If the caller gets more questions correct than I do, they win money (the jackpot increases by $25 each day that no one beats me.) It’s unpredictable; at one point, the jackpot had gotten up to $450 dollars, and at another point, I lost four days in a row.
Yesterday’s winner, Bobby Burke from Harlem, got more questions correct than I did, so he won the jackpot, which had gotten up to $325 dollars.
Someone commented on Facebook that something seemed “shady” about Can’t Beat Jenny yesterday. So, just to prove that the game really IS legit, and that I really DO leave the studio and go into a soundproof room, here ya go…
