Dub’s Playlist- Cody Jinks
We started doing this last week, and I hope y’all are enjoying it. This is a chance for me to share with y’all some of the stuff I listen to when we’re not on the air. Maybe this is stuff you’ve already heard of, and hopefully you love it too. However, maybe I’m introducing you to something you’ve never heard before, which I would love to do. Who’s on my playlist this week is Cody Jinks. I can’t say that I’ve been listening to Cody Jinks since he came out, but I got on the bandwagon years ago. The first Cody Jinks album I was introduced to was “I’m Not The Devil” back in 2016. When I heard this guy’s music I was instantly hooked! He’s got a very traditional sound, his songs are so real. He’s played here in Augusta several times, but I haven’t had the chance to see him live yet, I’m going to change that soon. So on my playlist this week is the song that got me hooked on Cody Jinks, “I’m Not The Devil”. This is a really cool acoustic version of that song. Hope y’all dig it.
