Here Is How You Can Score Free Shake Shack Chicken Shacks
This coming Sunday a touchdown can be worth more than six points. Shake Shack has announced that they will give out free Chicken Shacks if a player does the “chicken dance” upon scoring a touchdown.
“Our Chicken Shack is a sleeper in the chicken sandwich game and surpasses all the others, but you can be the judge of that,” Shake Shack said in their press release.
Even ESPN’s Adam Schefter called this promotion “Something to watch this Sunday,” posting about it about it yesterday.
Here Is What You Need To Know
This fun campaign is applicable at Shake Shacks nationwide. The promotional period is Sunday, November 12 to Sunday, November 19. The free Chicken Shack sandwich is valid for orders placed at Shake Shack kiosks or for delivery or pick-up via the mobile app or placed at shakeshack.com, with a $10 minimum purchase.
Here is where the promotion is not applicable: for orders made through third party providers or apps. Furthermore, Shake Shacks located at airports, stadiums, arenas, travel plazas, and museums are not participating.
Sounds Great, But What Is a Chicken Shack?
Introduced by Shake Shack in 2016, the Chicken Shack is their tasty take on a fried chicken sandwich. It is described as, “crispy, white-meat chicken breast over lettuce, pickles, and buttermilk herb mayo on a toasted potato bun.”
This is the most traditional chicken sandwich option on a Shake Shack menu that also includes chicken bites, a hot chicken sandwich, and an avocado bacon chicken sandwich.
The chicken dance promo is not the only fun thing going on at Shake Shack right now. In addition, this popular chain restaurant has also partnered with the new Trolls movie to create three shake flavors. They include Branchs Chocolate Peppermint, Poppys Sugar Cookie, and Vivas Cinnamon Roll shake.
On Sunday, you can start looking out for chicken dance touchdown celebrations as early as 9:30am EST. The New England Patriots play the Indianapolis Colts from Frankfurt Stadium, kicking off at that time.
