Miranda Lambert Announces New Tour Dates
Miranda Lambert announces new tour dates as her Las Vegas Residency “Velvet Rodeo” at Planet Hollywood ended over the weekend (4/6).
Headlining Festivals
Miranda will be joining headlining sets at Stagecoach, Rock the Country, Calgary Stampede, Under the Big Sky, and more, as well as a three-night stand at Whitewater Amphitheater in her home state of Texas in the coming months.
On The Road
Lambert said, “I’ve been touring since I was 19 years old, so it was nice to step away from the road for a bit and settle into Vegas. That gave us time to miss touring, though, so I cannot wait to get back out there on Elvira (her tour bus), my home away from home, and visit the fans across the country that we haven’t seen in a while.”

Tickets for the newly added dates will go on sale to the general public this Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m. local time via MirandaLambert.com.

Miranda posted a video clip of herself recently talking about the run to her Instagram. She said, “I think what I’ll miss about the shows in Vegas is the wardrobe because everybody dresses to the nines, and it’s really fun to see.”
The Outfits
She revealed, “Outfit designs were inspired by Elvis a little bit and by the Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.” Lambert even touched on her entrance and ride up to the stage, saying, “On the ride up the elevator (to the stage), I’m excited to just start it. You know, it’s like the build-up of waiting all day to kind of go do what you do and clock in. So, the elevator ride is like my entrance into work.”
Her Favorite Part of Each Show
As for what she loves most about the night in Vegas, she said, “My favorite production is ‘Gunpowder and Lead’ because it’s like a whole bunch of fire. It’s just really hot. It’s not scary; it’s kind of controlled, and they’re really good at it. It’s definitely a burst of heart.”
Miranda teased that she has a lot coming up after her stint ends this month. She offered, “Coming up after Vegas, we have some really big plans and some wildcards up our sleeves. So, get ready.”

Lambert has been honored with more Academy of Country Music Awards than any artist in history. Miranda is also a seven-time winner of the CMA’s Female Vocalist of the Year, beating a record once held by Reba. She is also a three-time Grammy winner, with her most recent Grammy win in 2021 for Best Country Album for “Wildcard.” Lambert is currently playing her first Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood.

Reba’s superstardom in country music started in the 1980s and is still going strong today. Since the 1970s, McEntire has placed over 100 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 25 of which reached the number one spot. She has sold 75 million albums in her career. Her career also includes her acting roles: she even had her own sitcom in the early 2000s called Reba. She is currently working on a couple of Lifetime movies and has a role on ABC TV’s Big Sky, where she plays a villain for the first time in her acting career. She has won countless country music awards, was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2011, and received a Kennedy Center Honor in 2018.

Carrie is a proud member of the Grand Ole Opry, known as country music’s church, and plays the Opry whenever she can. She has won the Entertainer of the Year honor from the ACM and has sold a whopping 70 million albums in her career since her debut in 2005. Carrie has 42 songs on Billboard and over 25 number-one hits.

Loretta started as the first country music “Queen” and the first female to win the coveted Entertainer of the Year Honor from the CMA in 1972. She has influenced countless women who came after her in all genres of music, which is evident by her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month. She’s won too many awards to name, and her heart is just as big as her wallet as she gives millions of dollars away to those in need, including her million-dollar donation for the COVID vaccine. She also received a Kennedy Center honor in 2006.
