This 7-Eleven Slurpee Might Be Worth The Hour Trip
7-Eleven is back with their annual “Bring Your Own Cup Day”. This event will take place on Saturday, April 13.
Bring Your Own Cup Day is a tradition that encourages customers to get creative on what defines a cup. Maybe it’s a drink tower, maybe it’s a mini swimming pool, or maybe it’s a helmet! Customers have a chance to fill up these unconventional containers with their favorite Slurpee flavor for just $1.99.
Hey, who are we to tell you what a cup is?
While we don’t have any 7-Elevens in Georgia, there are two just an hour away from the CSRA.
Location 1:
5143 Platt Springs Rd, Lexington, SC 29073
Location 2:
5221 US-321, Gaston, SC 29053
Some of the craziest “cups” customers have brought to 7-Eleven:
I don’t know about this one – drinking out of a toilet?!
Now this is just sick. My question is was it a brand new toilet just for the occasion or what?
This is exactly how I imagine a person to drink out of a fish bowl – except filled with a Slurpee.
Hey, there are two things you do when your fish passes away… you get some new fish or use the tank to drink a Slurpee!
Get your drink on – Slurpee Style!
Okay, I can see this, but does this go against the open container law?!
Even when all the pineapple “meat” is gone, there is still so much you can fill the inside of it – exhibit A.
Now you’re thinking!
Huge bucket for a huge drink!
Minus the chicken, I hope.
Disclaimer: In order to properly enjoy BYOC Day, the cup should be clean, watertight, leak-proof, and fit upright within the 10-inch hole in the in-store display, indicating it can fit under the Slurpee drink dispenser.
Offer valid only on 4/13/24. Limit 1 cup per person.
3 New Krispy Kreme Treats To Try
Krispy Kreme is at it again and this time around it is a must-have and could really be dangerous to your waste line. Now that I think of it, couldn’t all of the goodness from Krispy Kreme be bad for your waste line?
Krispy Kreme is famous for its collaboration with candy and its themes for doughnuts pretty much year-round. They just released the Total Eclipse Doughnut. An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in black chocolate icing, sprinkled with silver sprinkles, topped with OREO butter creme & an OREO cookie. There’s no way that it didn’t make looking at the eclipse better, right?
What Is Krispy Kreme Up To Now?
Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Kit Kat for the next round of “OMG” madness. The new doughnuts are starting to pop up at participating Krispy Kreme shops and should be in most all participating stores by April 10th. As always, these are only here for a limited time so if Kit Kat is your thing you better grab them fast. They are available for pick up and delivery and can be ordered on the Krispy Kreme App.
The three new flavors include:
- Kit Kat Crunch: an Original Glazed hand-dipped in Hersey’s Milk Chocolate icing and finished with chopped Kit Kat pieces and chocolate-flavored crispies.
- Kit Kat Cookie Dream: an unglazed doughnut filled with cookie dough-flavored Kreme, hand-dipped in Hershey’s Milk Chocolate icing and covered with Kit Kat pieces, cookie crumbles, Hersey’s chips, then they add a drizzle of cookie dough-flavored icing.
Something a little different time, The Kit Kat Crunch and the Kit Kat Salted Caramel Brownie doughnuts will also be available in a six-pack and delivered to select grocery stores, including participating Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, and Publix. Most of the time you can only get the special treats in store only.
Previous Krispy Kreme Specials
The most recent round of Krispy Kreme specials was the Total Eclipse Doughnuts but throughout the year they do a lot of specials.
- Valentine’s Day
- Easter/Spring
- St Patrick’s Day
- The Christmas Elf Edition.
Not to mention the doughnuts that are coming to McDonald’s.
So maybe there is a stop at Krispy Kreme in your future, if not it should be. I can’t wait to try the Kit Kat themed specials. I personally think Kit Kat candy bars are the best candy there is. So, when I saw this commotion, my taste buds and eyes perched up.
